4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Shirts, Skirts, Pants & Trousers, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
